Community Pharmacy Medicare Wellness Program 

Target: 65 and older Medicare customers

Customers can now take advantage of a program offered by the pharmacy to its customers to receive several important covered services for those on Medicare.


The program starts with a virtual visit/assessment with a CareTalk Health physician, which then identifies opportunities for other reimbursable programs and screenings that can be conducted, such as Chronic Condition Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM).

Benefits: Medication review is a critical component of the Medicare Wellness Program that positions pharmacies to improve patient care and optimize medication regimens. This service not only benefits patients' health but also presents pharmacies with an opportunity to increase revenue.

Quick Clinics

Target: All Ages

Gives Pharmacies the ability to offer a virtual consultation with a physician licensed in that state for customers with non-acute illnesses that may require prescriptions.

Patients can conduct a telehealth visit with a CareTalk Health physician either at the store or from the comfort of their own home.The patient would then wait for the prescription to be sent and then filled by the pharmacy.
